Double Girder EOT cranes have high versatility and provide high lifting height, also facilitating higher LT & CT speeds, compared to Single Girder EOT Cranes. They also provide more stability while in motion thanks to their unique design and are preferred where the jobs have to be tilted / rotated.
Salient Features of Pegasus Double Girder EOT Cranes
- Crane girders are computer-optimized RSJ Section / Plate Built Box Section
- End carriages of suitable sections welded and Plate Built Box construction
- Travel wheels are Heat Treated & Hardened for longer life
- Control pendant suspended on dedicated C-railings on the crane girder, for better operational advantage, optionally radio remote control push button pendant can be provided
- Option of providing Drag Chain for supply cables in Cross Travel in-lieu of standard Cable Festooning
- Option of Providing Bus Bar for supply cables in Long Travel in-lieu of standard Cable Festooning
- Walk-way with hand-rail on one side of the crane girder, facilitating easy access for maintenance of crane
